The Board Members of the Hellenic Artificial Intelligence Society welcome the establishment of the “ARCHIMEDES” Research Unit on Artificial Intelligence, Data Science and Algorithms at the “Athena” Research Centre. The Unit was funded with over 21 million euros by the National Recovery and Resilience Facility. The managers of the Unit are the top scientists Timos Sellis (head of the Unit), Christos Papadimitriou and Kostis Daskalakis. We hope for the funding of other such Units in our country, soon.
