The Hellenic Artificial Intelligence Society (EETN) is pleased to announce a new round of financial support for presentation of research work at academic conferences and invites all interested members to submit an application. The support may partially cover the cost of registration, travel, and accommodation. The amount awarded per grant will be a minimum of €300 and may not exceed €500.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Student Members must currently hold student status.
• Regular Members must provide justification for the need for financial support (e.g., lack of institutional funding).
• The support must concern research results in which the applicant has actively participated in and will personally present.
• The conference must be directly related to Artificial Intelligence.

Note: Depending on the number of applications, the following criteria will also be considered during evaluation: the impact and reputation of the conference, availability of co-funding, total cost of participation (registration fees and location), number of applications submitted per research group (supervisor), or any previous financial support granted by EETN to the applicant.

Applications are accepted on a rolling basis throughout the year.
We recommend submitting applications during the first week of each month, as evaluations are conducted monthly.
