This statement applies to EETN’s activities, including:

We expect members, speakers, attendees, sponsors, partners, and volunteers to:
* treat others with respect and professionalism,
* refrain from discriminatory, harassing, or bullying behavior,
* engage in constructive scientific dialogue, including disagreement, without personal attacks.

Reporting and response

* If you experience or witness conduct inconsistent with this statement, you can contact us at info@eetn.gr.  Reports will be handled as promptly as possible and, where feasible, with discretion.

* EETN may take actions it deems appropriate depending on the circumstances, including warnings, removal from events, revocation of membership benefits, or referral to relevant authorities where required or appropriate.
