The Artificial Intelligence Conference of EETN (SETN), also known as the Hellenic Conference on Artificial Intelligence, was founded by EETN in 1996 and, since 2002, has been held biennially at different locations in Greece. The conference is international, its official language is English, and international participation is particularly encouraged. Its proceedings are published in the International Conference Proceedings Series (ICPS) of the Association for Computing Machinery (ACM). It is one of the most important forums in Greece, where Greek and international scientific communities in the field of Artificial Intelligence present original and high-quality fundamental/theoretical and applied AI research.
The conference aims to:
- bring together the research community in the field of Artificial Intelligence, promoting the dissemination of knowledge and collaborations,
- inform the student community about the current state of the art in AI-related topics,
- promote research results to companies and facilitate the development of innovative products.

14th Hellenic Artificial Intelligence Conference (SETN), 9-11 September 2026, Chania, Greece
SETN 2026 is organized by the Hellenic Artificial Intelligence Society (EETN), in collaboration with the School of Electrical and Computer Engineering of the Technical University of Crete. SETN 2026 particularly encourages international participation and is dedicated to the memory of colleagues Pavlos Peppas and Themis Panagiotopoulos. The Research Track is intended for unpublished papers with a substantial and original research and technological contribution in any area of Artificial Intelligence.
